Coastal Wave Properties, LLC. (CWP) is a vacation property rental company in Northeast Florida and was started in 2003. CWP lists properties on Amelia Island, Jax Beach and St. Augustine. They pride themselves in being hands on property managers. Guest satisfaction is their top priority! There are a variety of homes for groups of all sizes including one, two and three bedroom homes, single-family homes and duplex homes. The majority of properties are oceanfront and all properties are oceanside. Guests are provided with fresh linens, stocked kitchens and starter supplies of paper goods. Brian Sullivan
President of Coastal Wave Properties, LLC. Brian holds a Florida real estate license and hotel and lodging license. Brian is located in Fernandina Beach, Florida and started Coastal Wave Properties in 2003. Brian works with property owners to yield the best possible results for their rental homes. He is well versed in setting rental rates, creating marketing campaigns and conducting a comprehensive marketing analysis for each property. CWP processes more than 1,350 leases each year! The listings yield great rental results and wonderful reviews from guests. When he is not taking reservations Brian enjoys strolls on the beach with his puppy Daiseybelle. Assistant Property Manager. She is responsible for guest inquiries, housekeeping inquiries and owner inquiries. Julie maintains the listing sites, master schedule and tracks leases, deposits and more. She also works with housekeeping and accounting to keep everything flowing smoothly. Julie especially enjoys helping guests with recommendations for local restaurants, shops and attractions. She loves Northeast Florida and wants her guests to love it too!
Apriel
Head of Housekeeping on Amelia Island. Housekeeping involves a lot of moving parts and a very busy schedule during holidays and the summer time. Not only does Apriel make sure our homes are clean and ready for guests, she also responds to housekeeping and maintenance emergencies. Apriel is our “Jane” of all trades and keeps our homes running smoothly!
Sophia
Accounting and Technical Assistant. She is responsible for maintaining our property listings, our company website and our master schedule. Sophia also works on various financial reports that are distributed to our property owners each month. If there is an easier way of doing something Sophia will find it. She is our technical guru!
